Job Description:
- Tech Ops and maintain relationship with members and potential members
- Promote regulated crypto industry, membership benefits and explain membership requirements to potential members
- Thoroughly guide potential members on their onboarding process
- Maintain member database
- Track and analyze the performance of members for reporting
- Conduct regular meetings with members to understand their business needs and directions
- Liaise with members on complaints, operational feedback and any matters.
- Support the Compliance, Audit, Mediation, Marketing, Operations and Legal teams in communicating their programs to members
- Together with Compliance Department, ensure members adhere to the membership terms
- Provide all divisions with relevant membership reports when required
- Support any educational events held by CFX for general public regarding the crypto industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and International Relations
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, relations or sales.
- Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
- Become the intermediary between members and related division for any inquiries
- Multitask efficiently and possess the ability to work under a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic about the crypto industry
- Have a basic understanding about crypto assets is a plus
- Great communication skills with external and internal.
- Excellent command in English (verbal and written)
