Tech Ops

Job Description:

  • Tech Ops and maintain relationship with members and potential members
  • Promote regulated crypto industry, membership benefits and explain membership requirements to potential members
  • Thoroughly guide potential members on their onboarding process
  • Maintain member database
  • Track and analyze the performance of members for reporting
  • Conduct regular meetings with members to understand their business needs and directions
  • Liaise with members on complaints, operational feedback and any matters.
  • Support the Compliance, Audit, Mediation, Marketing, Operations and Legal teams in communicating their programs to members
  • Together with Compliance Department, ensure members adhere to the membership terms
  • Provide all divisions with relevant membership reports when required
  • Support any educational events held by CFX for general public regarding the crypto industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and International Relations
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, relations or sales.
  • Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
  • Become the intermediary between members and related division for any inquiries
  • Multitask efficiently and possess the ability to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about the crypto industry
  • Have a basic understanding about crypto assets is a plus
  • Great communication skills with external and internal.
  • Excellent command in English (verbal and written)
