Job Descriptions
- Manage the full onboarding process for new member exchanges, ensuring all requirements are met and documented properly.
- Maintain active communication with all members through emails, letters, meetings, and other correspondence.
- Monitor, update, and advise members on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure their alignment with compliance obligations.
- Coordinate and follow up on member submissions related to reports, documentation, and other regulatory matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records for all member exchanges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance frameworks and compliance procedures relevant to members.
- Act as a liaison between member exchanges, regulators, and internal teams on matters related to policy, education, and industry updates.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, or community gatherings to promote regulatory understanding and foster trust in the crypto ecosystem.
- Prepare clear reports and summaries of member activities, regulatory updates, and industry trends.
- Represent CFX professionally in all member-facing communications and public forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, FInance or any related field.
- 2-5 years experience in partnership management or project management.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills, especially with Corporate Clients.
- Good Project Management Skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Good Microsoft Office skill. Min: Powerpoint presentation and Excel pivot.
- Ability to develop and manage educational programs or community events is a plus.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial markets is a plus.
