Public Relations

Job Description:

Develop and Execute Public Relation (“PR”) plans and strategies using both online and offline channels
Build and maintain relationships with local and global media outlets, journalists, and influencers / KOL
Liaise with the marketing, community, and business development team to support their roadmaps by preparing PR outreach materials
Prepare copy, FAQs, and materials for press releases, speeches and other events
Plan PR-related events such as virtual and physical press conferences with media partners
Support the implementation of promotional plans from marketing
Manage and curate content for our social media channels
Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities to engage with our audience
Ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and message
Develop crisis communication plans and effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity or issues that may arise
Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external partners
Create and execute surveys to analyze public opinions and brand sentiments in the market
Provide competitor analysis amongst other crypto players in Indonesia
Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with attention to detail

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication or related
4+ years of experience in PR, communication or media
Possess positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
Multitask efficiently and possess the ability to work under a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Enthusiastic about the crypto industry
Have a basic understanding about crypto assets is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent command in English (verbal and written)
