Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative support for daily operations, including HR, Finance, and General Affairs.
- Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and basic financial documents.
- Help manage employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
- Support onboarding of new hires and maintain HR-related files.
- Handle procurement needs and coordinate with vendors for office and event requirements.
- Maintain filing systems for internal documents and correspondence.
- Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and note-taking when needed.
- Assist in internal and external communication, including with members and stakeholders.
- Help organize company events, meetings, and membership activities.
- Prepare simple reports for internal use (finance, operations, or HR-related).
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (internship included).
- Basic knowledge of HR and finance operational processes.
- Familiar with payroll, invoice processing, and document management.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.
