Job Descriptions

 
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations, including HR, Finance, and General Affairs.
  • Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and basic financial documents.
  • Help manage employee records, attendance, and payroll data.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and maintain HR-related files.
  • Handle procurement needs and coordinate with vendors for office and event requirements.
  • Maintain filing systems for internal documents and correspondence.
  • Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and note-taking when needed.
  • Assist in internal and external communication, including with members and stakeholders.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and membership activities.
  • Prepare simple reports for internal use (finance, operations, or HR-related).

Requirements

 

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (internship included).
  • Basic knowledge of HR and finance operational processes.
  • Familiar with payroll, invoice processing, and document management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.
