CFX Revokes Exchange Member Approval Letter of PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia

ANNOUNCEMENT 

Regarding the Revocation of Exchange Membership 

for 

PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia

It is hereby announced that effective September 1, 2025, PT Central Finansial X revokes the Exchange Member Approval Letter (SPAB) of the following entity:

Exchange Member : PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia

SPAB No./Date  : SPAB-021/PFAK/CFX/10/2024

This revocation is based on Letter No. S-407/IK.01/2025 from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), dated September 1, 2025, regarding the Notification of Rejection of PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia's Business License Application as a Digital Financial Asset Trader. Consequently, the registration of PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia as a Prospective Physical Crypto Asset Trader from the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappebti) under Number 008/BAPPEBTI/CP-FAK/10/2023 is now considered null and invalid as of the date of the OJK letter.

With the revocation of the business license by the Financial Services Authority, PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia is prohibited from conducting business activities in Digital Financial Asset Trading sector and is required to settle its rights and obligations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including:

1. The Exchange Members listed above are prohibited from conducting business activities in the Digital Financial Asset Trading sector.
2. The Exchange Members listed above must provide clear and transparent information to all consumers and/or other relevant parties regarding the process for settling all outstanding rights and obligations.
3. The Exchange Members listed above are required to appoint a designated representatives  and establish a Task Force or Service Center to manage Consumer inquiries and settlements. The contact information for these representatives, including any subsequent changes, must be communicated to all customers, with a copy sent to PT Central Finansial X via email at [email protected].

PT Central Finansial X assures all customers that their funds and crypto assets held through PT Bursa Kripto Indonesia remain secure. PT Central Finansial X is committed to mantaining the integrity and protecting customer funds and crypto assets.
