COIN Optimistic that Indonesia Will Become the Center of Cryptocurrency Trading in Southeast Asia

The listing of PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (COIN) is expected to drive the growth of Indonesia’s cryptocurrency market, potentially positioning the country as a crypto trading hub in Southeast Asia. Adri Martowardojo, Director of Marketing & Business Development at COIN, noted that Indonesia’s market potential remains bright.
“Indonesia charges a 0.21% tax per crypto transaction, while in Singapore, it can reach 22%. This low tax rate will continue to attract interest from both the public and foreign investors, helping make Indonesia a hub for Southeast Asia,” said Adri.
