Crypto Derivatives Transactions Show Positive Growth

Crypto derivatives have become a popular alternative for crypto users around the world and in Indonesia. The growing interest in these products is reflected in the increase in the number of transactions. In the global crypto derivatives market, the trading volume of crypto derivatives reached US$633 billion as of June 12, 2025.

In Indonesia, the cryptocurrency bourse PT Central Finansial X (CFX) reported strong domestic growth. The total value of cryptocurrency derivatives traded in May 2025 hit Rp9.61 trillion, which is a 61% increase from April. Looking at the first five months of 2025, the total value of cryptocurrency derivatives has already reached Rp24.95 trillion.
