Indonesia's Crypto Market Sees Solid Growth as CFX Unveils Strategy to Maintain Positive Momentum

Indonesia's crypto asset market showed strong growth throughout Q3 2025. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the total transaction value of crypto assets in the spot market reached IDR 136.31 trillion, reflecting a 16% increase compared to Q2 2025, which stood at IDR 117.52 trillion. Based on data from PT Central Finansial X (CFX), the total value of crypto derivative transactions surged by 118% to IDR 52.71 trillion during the same period, up from IDR 24.17 trillion in the previous quarter.

CFX President Director Subani stated that the positive trend could continue and even contribute exponentially to Indonesia’s economy over the next 3 to 5 years. “When initiatives such as law enforcement, the development of innovative and licensed products, expanding market access for investors, and strengthening literacy and education can be implemented optimally through collaboration among all stakeholders, we are confident that the crypto asset industry can deliver a multiplier effect to support national economic growth going forward,” said Subani.
